Honest labor is radiance in a person's face, blessing in the hand, and serenity in the heart. However, sometimes some people look for an easy way and set aside the law and conscience. Such a situation occurred in Qamashi district as well.
S.Yu., a resident of the district, stored low-quality and inedible oil products in plastic containers and attempted to distribute them, violating the requirements of the law. This was regarded as an act that poses a danger to the health of citizens and undermines the trust of society.
The Kökdala District Criminal Court considered the case regarding this incident and found Yuldashev guilty under Article 186², Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. S.Yu.'s action was regarded as a crime, but he admitted his guilt, repented of his act, and, based on the principle of humanism in the law, was given a lighter punishment — a financial fine.
The court imposed a penalty of 25 times the basic calculation amount — 9 million 375 thousand soums.
The imposed fine was fully collected by the Bureau's Qamashi district division.
Livelihood earned honestly brings health to children, peace to the family, and tranquility to the heart.
