In August of this year, a 47-year-old man living in Toshloq district of Fergana region committed indecent actions against his neighbor. This was reported by a correspondent of UPL.
According to the information, on August 8, despite being married, he exposed his genitals to his neighbor and suggested that she might develop an interest in him after this act. However, the woman rejected this proposal.
On August 27, the man disturbed his neighbor again, and when the woman called him an offensive word, the man got upset. Consequently, the woman filed a complaint with law enforcement agencies regarding the man's actions.
The man, in turn, filed a complaint against the woman for insulting him. The victim's husband tried several times to talk to the neighbor to explain his improper actions, but these efforts were unsuccessful.
During the court proceedings, the man partially admitted his guilt. The court sentenced him to a fine and 5 days of administrative detention.
