In the Kushtepa district of the Fergana region, an important enforcement proceedings were carried out regarding the fate of a child separated due to a family dispute. Based on the court's writ of execution, it was determined that Lolaxon, born in 2015, would be placed in the care of her mother, and the enforcement proceedings were conducted to implement this decision.
According to the information, the enforcement document was received on October 31 in the Forced Execution Department of Kushtepa district. In accordance with the requirements of the law, a 15-day period has been established for the voluntary transfer of a child to debtors, and an official warning has been issued.
However, due to the refusal to voluntarily surrender the child within this period, compulsory enforcement was imposed. In this regard, on November 17, executive actions were carried out within the framework of the law with the participation of representatives of the district khokimiyat, the education department, and relevant agencies.
In accordance with a special procedure, the girl was officially handed over to her mother. With this, the court decision was fully executed, and the child returned to his mother.
Local officials emphasized that the interests of the child are the highest priority in such work, and noted that every decision is implemented on a strict legal basis.
