150 million soums in tax debt were forcibly collected from the factory

Timely payment of taxes and other mandatory fees is considered a crucial factor in ensuring the stability of the state budget and the development of the economy.

With this aim, the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement in Zarbdor district is carrying out systematic work to eliminate tax debts.

According to the decision of the Jizzakh Regional Tax Department, since “Z.T” LLC failed to meet the deadline for paying tax obligations amounting to 150 million soums, an enforcement document regarding the recovery of the debt was sent to the Zarbdor District Branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement (BCE).

State enforcement officers froze the debtor’s bank accounts and imposed restrictions on its assets. As a result of the measures taken, the enterprise fully paid the 150 million soums in tax debt.

The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement continues its consistent efforts to collect tax debts.

Such measures help strengthen tax discipline and increase revenue to the state budget.
