In connection with the incident that occurred in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent, the court took a strict measure: a man who harassed a minor girl on a bus was sentenced to 5 days of administrative arrest.
According to the information, on November 25, 2025, Sh.J., born in 2000, in a bus moving along Bogishamol Street in the Yunusabad district, committed an inappropriate act against O.A., born in 2007 - touched her body and harassed her.
During the trial, the man denied his guilt. He justified himself by saying that the bus "swayed" while turning, and his hand "accidentally touched" the victim. However, the victim said that the girl was afraid of the situation, she saw the accused deliberately looking at her with his fingers open, and she was afraid of the situation and couldn't speak, then she took a picture of the accused on her phone, and Sh.J. got out as soon as the bus stopped.
The Yunusabad District Criminal Court, having examined all the evidence, found Sh.J. guilty under part 1 of Article 41-1 (harassment) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and sentenced him to 5 days of administrative arrest.
