Based on the decision of the Boyovut Interdistrict Civil Court, enforcement actions were carried out by the Boyovut District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau regarding the enforcement document to collect alimony from debtor B. Boboyev for the financial support of his minor child.
The debtor father, who had been avoiding the payment of alimony, was initially sentenced to 15 days of administrative detention.
However, after serving the sentence, the debtor father failed to draw conclusions from the consequences and continued to evade providing support for his minor child, hiding from the state enforcer.
During the search, the debtor father was located and handed over to the state enforcer. Consequently, a criminal case was initiated against the debtor father under Article 122, Part 1, of the Criminal Code, with the amount of alimony debt reaching 79.6 million soum.
As of today, the documents of this criminal case have been submitted to the Boyovut District Criminal Court.
