As a result of close cooperation between the National Central Bureau of Interpol in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Poland, the internationally wanted person was detained. After committing a serious crime, he fled to one of the European countries - Poland, where he hid for a long time.
It was reported that as a result of systematic operational-search measures carried out by employees of the National Central Bureau of Interpol in Uzbekistan, as well as coordinated work with the diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan in Poland, the suspect's exact address was established. He was subsequently detained in accordance with international law.
In accordance with the established procedures, this person was deported to the Republic of Uzbekistan and returned to his homeland. Law enforcement agencies emphasized that such measures, implemented in recent years in cooperation with foreign countries, play an important role in preventing the escape of criminals from punishment.
Currently, procedural actions are being carried out against the person returned to Uzbekistan in accordance with the procedure established by law. It was emphasized that he will be fully accountable before the law for the crimes committed. This once again proved that justice will always prevail through international cooperation.
