A video depicting an unpleasant situation in Tashkent has sparked widespread discussion on social media. In the footage, a young man tries to force a foreign citizen to smoke nas, uses offensive words, threatens, and threatens to beat him.

According to the official report, 20-year-old M.K. insulted a foreign citizen with obscene language and deliberately violated the rules of conduct in society by offering him to smoke nas (a tobacco product).
