In Namangan region, a citizen who had been evading alimony payments for a long time was identified. This became known during the next operational events conducted by the search department of the Namangan Regional Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
It is noted that in accordance with the court decision, a citizen living in the Turakurgan district was obliged to pay alimony in the established amount in order to provide for his dependent children. However, he deliberately hid for more than three years, failing to fulfill this obligation.
According to the information, a search warrant has been issued for the debtor, whose alimony debt has exceeded 100 million soums due to prolonged evasion of payment.
Based on the received operational information, the Bureau of Enforcement officers identified the debtor's residential address and visited his home. But the citizen, seeing representatives of law enforcement agencies, tried to flee the scene.
As a result of quick actions, he was found and detained while hiding in a barn located on the territory of a neighboring house.
It is reported that administrative measures were taken against the debtor in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. In particular, he was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
