In the Sharaf-Rashidov district of the Jizzakh region, a citizen lost his car as a result of lending a loan to another person. This was reported to Zamon.uz by the press service of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
It was reported that, based on the decision of the civil court, an executive document was drawn up to recover the loan debt from the debtor A.I. in favor of the bank and to repay this debt at the expense of a KIA K5 car belonging to the KIA company. This writ of execution has been accepted for proceedings by the district branch of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
During the enforcement actions, the KIA K5, registered in the name of the debtor, was discovered while driving in the district and placed in the penalty area in accordance with the established procedure.
In the future, it is planned to sell this car through open auctions and repay the existing loan debt from the proceeds.
The debtor explained that although the car was registered in his name, in reality, the loan was taken by another person and the payments were not made within the established deadlines. As a result, the debt obligation was assigned to him.
