Person Who Broke Promise Was Evicted by Force

Two acquaintances reached an agreement to sell a house based on mutual cash transactions. The buyer agreed to live in the house for six months as promised by his close acquaintance. However, even after a year passed, the promise was not fulfilled, and the seller continued to live in the house. This led to a dispute between the citizens, forcing the buyer to appeal to the court.
Based on the enforcement order dated February 17, 2023, issued by the M. Ulugbek Inter-District Court for civil cases, it was decided that the defendants would be evicted from two apartments in a residential building located in Yunusobod District, Tashkent City, without providing alternative housing to the creditor. This decision was received by the Bureau's Yunusobod District Department on February 27, 2023, an enforcement case was initiated according to the law, and copies of the decision were sent to the parties.
Mandatory enforcement actions had not been carried out earlier due to being suspended several times based on court rulings. Later, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan upheld the first-instance decision.
Following this, on January 6, 2026, during enforcement actions by the Bureau's district department, the debtors were forcibly evicted from the apartments specified in the court document. The keys to the apartments were handed over to the creditor with an official protocol, in the presence of witnesses and relevant organizations.
