Traffic violation caused $20 million in damages

The execution of the enforcement document issued regarding the traffic accident has been ensured.

According to the incident, the driver of a Cobalt vehicle violated traffic rules and collided with a Leapmotor C01, causing material damage. As a result, the driver was found guilty of committing an offense under Article 133 of the Code of Administrative Liability of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Based on the court enforcement document, compensation of 20 million UZS for material damage was ordered in favor of the victim.

This enforcement document was received by the Arnasoy District Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.

As a result of decisive measures taken by the state bailiff, a total of 20 million UZS was fully recovered and returned to the victim.
