Racers who violated traffic rules in Tashkent were fined and arrested (video)

A situation threatening road safety occurred in the Almazar district of Tashkent: two young men raced at high speed on the roadway, endangering not only their own lives but also the safety of those around them. This was reported by the Tashkent City Road Traffic Safety Department.
According to the department, on March 22 at 03:40, an urgent report was received about such illegal traffic in Lacetti and Onix cars. Along with traffic rules, public order was also violated.
The results of the investigation showed that 27-year-old Ramiz Islomov was in the Lacetti car, and 21-year-old Azimjon Abdusattorov was in the Onix car. The investigations were conducted based on camera recordings and witness statements.
On the same day, the cars were seized and the documents were sent to the court. The Almazar District Criminal Court sentenced both individuals to 10 days of administrative detention.
The Department of Road Safety appealed to the population, reminding them that those who suffered as a result of these individuals' violations should file a complaint with the internal affairs bodies.
This incident once again demonstrated the importance of observing traffic rules and public order and became a call for ensuring the priority of safety for the city's residents.
