The extraordinary incident that occurred on March 27 of this year in the Gulistan rural municipality of the Kuva district of the Fergana region became a vivid example of good humanity and humanism for our compatriots. On Thursday, at about 16:30, Dilmurod Rakhmonov, who was engaged in his family farming business and came to irrigate the land around the South Fergana Canal, saw a woman who had thrown herself into the canal.
Inspired by the loyalty of any person who tries to work without fear or hesitation, Dilmurod threw himself into the water and saved the woman's life with his courage. This man's thoughtless and unhesitating action not only saved a human life, but also showed the entire society the importance of humanity in vivid terms.
It turned out that the rescued woman did not want to identify herself, but Dilmurod, following the international information request, quickly went to the Kuva district medical association. He also reported the incident to the district internal affairs department.
The remarkable humanitarianism and courage of Dilmurod was especially recognized by the head of the regional FSB, Colonel Ganijon Alaviddinov, with very good descriptions. He awarded D. Rakhmonov with an honorary medal and valuable souvenirs. In addition, the mother who raised Dilmurod was also presented with an honorary medal and bouquets of flowers, showing special respect for her work and upbringing.
This event, without a doubt, as a shining example of humanity and courage, clearly showed how important it is to save human life in society.
