A large amount of illegal narcotics was stopped by the State Security Service in Surkhandarya region. This was officially reported. According to information, a truck entering from Afghanistan was passed through the Termez Highway international checkpoint and subjected to an in-depth inspection.
The truck involved in the incident was controlled by a 35-year-old driver living in the city of Denov. As a result of the inspection, it was found that there were a total of 750 Afghan pots in the trunk of the truck, 210 of which contained 190 kg 800 grams of hashish hidden in a protected manner. These Afghan cauldrons, according to information, were sent to an economic entity in one of the Central Asian countries.
Currently, a full investigation is being conducted by the State Security Service into the case. The fact that the incident was exposed through modern control and in-depth investigation systems is considered an important step in preventing the spread of narcotics in the country.
Thus, this operation in Surkhandarya was noteworthy not only in the fight against lawlessness, but also in ensuring the safety of the local population.
