Uzbekistan wins first gold medal in figure skating

The Asian Winter Games are being held in Harbin, China. The Uzbek sports delegation has won its first medal at these games.

In figure skating, Dmitry Chigirev and Ekaterina Geinish, defending the honor of our country, left all their rivals behind and took 1st place.

The members of the Uzbek national team scored 64.55 points in the short program yesterday, and 111.88 points in the free skate today, for a total of 176.43 points, winning the gold medal.
