Navbahor Khamidova defeated her Korean opponent in Thailand and reached the semifinals!

The highly anticipated international boxing competition, the “Thailand Open”, is in full swing in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. The Uzbek national team has been successfully participating in this prestigious championship, which began on May 24 and will last until June 1, delighting fans with successive victories.

Navbahor Hamidova, who is worthy of defending the honor of our country in the -65 kg weight category, entered the ring in the next round against the experienced and skilled leather glove master from South Korea, Kang Sukyoung. This match consisted of a tense and intense fight between the two athletes that lasted for full rounds.

During all three rounds, Hamidova successfully delivered her quick and accurate blows to her opponent and confidently won on judges' points. As a result, our representative advanced to the next, semi-final, stage of the competition and presented another big victory to Uzbek boxing fans.
