Uzbekistan U-23 faces a big test against France

Uzbekistan's Olympic national team (U-23) will begin its next training camp on May 27 in preparation for important upcoming matches. The national team's squad, comprised of talented young players, will continue the second phase of training abroad and this time will hold a friendly match against France, one of Europe’s strongest teams.

The Uzbekistan Olympic team's match against France will take place on June 4 at the "Orleans" stadium in France. The match will kick off at 21:45, providing our team an opportunity to test themselves against a strong opponent from European football.

The head coach of the U-23 national team, Ravshan Khaydarov, has invited a number of talented young footballers to this training camp and friendly match. Among them are players who have proven themselves in our local championship as well as footballers who have gained experience internationally. Khaydarov’s selection maintains balance in attack, defense, and midfield, bringing together the best players from various clubs.

Members of our national team will have the chance to not only participate in the friendly match but also train under modern conditions during the camp in France, allowing them to gain valuable experience. The match against France will be a significant international-level test and a showcase of skill for our young footballers.

Meanwhile, other young footballers who are candidates for the Uzbekistan Olympic team will play two friendly matches against the Russian youth national team on June 5 and 8 in Fergana. Through these matches, they have an opportunity to attract the attention of the national team's coaching staff.

Such international training camps and matches against strong opponents help young players enhance their skills and gain valuable international experience.
