The U-17 Uzbekistan national team achieved another success in its international friendly match. Our team defeated the Chilean youth team 1:0, and this victory caused a great impression and positive conclusions.

After the match, head coach Islombek Ismailov said the following about the team's performance: "I am pleased with the performance of our players today. Although it was the first time we played against a Latin American team, my guys performed all the instructions without fail. We performed successfully against a physically and technically strong opponent like Chile. We did not leave our opponent a chance in terms of strength and speed."

The coach also noted that despite the injuries of some players, the team showed discipline and unity: “Of course, several of our guys were injured in the game. However, considering that there are also Latin American representatives in our World Cup group, this game was an important learning experience for us. Playing against Chile increased our tactical potential and created an opportunity to better prepare for the World Cup.”

Our U-17 national team once again demonstrated its potential and capabilities on the international stage by playing against such a famous opponent as Chile. It is worth noting that the youth of Uzbekistan are seriously preparing for major competitions, testing new playing styles and experiences in each friendly match.
