In the famous Portuguese city of Montemor-o-Velho, the world championship in canoe and kayak rowing among U18 and U23 continues at full pace. In this prestigious competition, our national team is also testing its luck.
Recently, the Uzbekistan national team won its first medal in these competitions. In the U23 age category, in the 1000-meter kayak race, Arina Tanatmishcheva showed her high skill and endurance, crossed the finish line second, and thus was awarded the silver medal.
During the kayak race, Tanatmishcheva acted actively, participated in a fearless fight with her rivals, and at the most important moment of the competition proved her professional training and determination.
