It has been made clear why Abbosbek Fayzullaev is not taking the field at his new club. Insider Narzulla Saydullayev gave an additional explanation and clarified the legal-organizational aspects of the situation.
According to him, the point is that the Turkish club has not yet received Fayzullaev’s transfer certificate. That is, without the official International Transfer Certificate (ITC) document, it is not only impossible to put the new player on the field, it is not even possible to include him on the roster. This procedure is carried out through FIFA’s TMS (Transfer Matching System) and confirmations are required at each stage.
The insider emphasizes that, to obtain this document from the Moscow club, Başakşehir must transfer the money to CSKA for the transfer. Everything is interconnected: if the financial obligations are fulfilled on time, the deal is closed in the electronic system, then the ITC is sent and the player is officially registered. Otherwise, registration is delayed, which means the player cannot take the field under the rules.
In this sense, the word “paperwork” is not only papers — it also includes bank transfers, confirmation letters, licensing, and the registration work in the league’s internal register. Often, “technical” factors such as banking days, the clearing process of international payments, and public holidays also have an impact.
According to Saydullayev, the paperwork will be finished soon and Abbos will start to show himself on the pitch. That is, once the club makes the necessary payment, closes the deal through TMS, and registers the player, the issue will be resolved. After that, the coaching staff will deploy him in accordance with the tactical plan.
In short, the current standstill is a requirement of organizational-legal procedures. With the arrival of the transfer certificate, Fayzullaev will be entered into the roster and the fans will see his debut as expected. In the meantime, the club is continuing to maintain the player’s fitness, integrate him into the team scheme, and prepare him for positional tasks.
