The World Games are continuing in the city of Chengdu. The sambo bouts of the competition went successfully for the national team of Uzbekistan. At these large-scale starts, our sambo athletes, according to the results of the competition, earned 3 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals. In addition, in the team contests it was recorded as a result of special significance that our girls won gold and our boys won a bronze medal — this added a big contribution to the overall tally and once again demonstrated the potential of our national team.
