The coach of South African MMA fighter Dricus du Plessis, Morne Visser, has stated that he is ready for a new rematch with Hamzat Chimaev. According to him, he believes his pupil will defeat Chimaev in their next fight, as they are planning the fight with his experience in mind and with a great strategy.
"Yes, it’s easy to say, but I believe that if we have another fight with Chimaev, we will neutralize all his moves. Over the years of fighting, we’ve concluded that if you don’t allow Chimaev to execute his takedowns, you can defeat him," said Visser in an interview with "Submission Radio."
It should be noted that at the "UFC 319" tournament, Hamzat Chimaev defeated South African champion Dricus du Plessis by unanimous decision and became the UFC champion.
