After the completion of the Super League round 20 match between the teams “Sogdiana” and “Dinamo,” the Samarkand club immediately expressed official dissatisfaction regarding the refereeing. Later, this complaint was formalized in official form, and the club sent the relevant letter to the League’s management.
According to the information, “Dinamo” strictly followed all requirements and rules established in the “Super League and Pro League Regulations” in this process. In particular, immediately after the match ended, within 30 minutes an official complaint was entered into the protocol. Then, within no more than 24 hours, a letter was sent indicating the specific episodes about which dissatisfaction had arisen.
In the club’s official complaint, special emphasis was placed on the following situations:

3rd minute: Anvarjon Hojimirzaev stopped by Ivanovich inside the penalty area;

9th minute: Sanjar Qodirqolov verbally warned by the referee;

11th minute: rough action against Hojimirzaev and no decision from the head referee;

31st minute: passive reaction of the head referee to the struggle between Francisco Ferreira and Suhrob Izzatov;
-
75th minute: failure to send off “Sogdiana” player Nodirjon Soibov;
-
90+6th minute: penalty awarded to “Dinamo”’s goal.
According to “Dinamo,” most of these situations directly influenced the outcome of the match. Therefore, they demand a fair assessment and an impartial approach.
League specialists also thoroughly reviewed these episodes and reported that in some cases they themselves had questions. Thus, in this matter not only the club but also neutral parties had doubts.
Now the Uzbekistan Football Referees Center (UzFRC) must officially provide an explanation. This answer will be made public and published on the official page of the League.
Fans, meanwhile, are eagerly awaiting how this situation will be resolved. For them, the main question is — what conclusions will be made regarding the controversial episodes and whether fairness and transparency in refereeing will be ensured in the future?
