"Dynamo" PFC filed a complaint with the Football Referees Center of Uzbekistan regarding the refereeing of the "Sogdiana" - "Dinamo" (1:1) match held in Jizzakh as part of the 20th round of the Super League.
Today, August 28th, the Uzbekistan National Football Association (UFF) sent an official letter to Dinamo PFC, officially announcing that the refereeing in the Jizzakh match had been reviewed by the Expert Referees Commission. According to him:
In the 3rd minute of the match, when Anvarjon Hojimirzayev was knocked down by the opponent's player Filip Ivanovich, the referees did not award an 11-meter free kick, which was considered the right decision. The referee's decision was also considered correct in the situations of the 9th, 11th, 31st, and 75th minutes. In the 90+3rd minute, a foul by an opponent's player against Richard Freidey without a ball served as the basis for a free kick (without a card).
The culminating moment of the game - in the 90+6th minute, when Oleksandr Kucherenko and opponent Shohrukh Abdurakhmanov fought for the ball inside the penalty area, the decision of the head referee to award a penalty was found incorrect by the Expert Referees Commission. In this situation, it was emphasized that the rules of the game were not violated and there was a fight for the ball.
According to a response letter signed by Acting Director of the Referees Center, Ma'mur Saidqosimov, the referees' decisions in the Sogdiana vs. Dinamo match were reviewed and submitted to the referee committee for appropriate disciplinary action.
According to Clause 7 of Chapter 23 of the Regulations, Dinamo PFC transferred 10 million soums to the UzPFL account for the appeal to be considered by the Expert Referees Committee. Based on the validity of the details provided in the complaint, in accordance with clause 23.8 of the regulations, this amount will be returned to the club's account.
