Jamie Vardy, who left an indelible mark on English football, will now continue his career in Italy. The striker, whose contract with Leicester has expired, has signed a one-year deal with Italian club Cremonese.
Under the terms of the agreement, if Cremonese maintains its position in Serie A, the deal will be automatically extended for another season. This increases the likelihood that Vardy's career in the new country will be extended.
Last season, the experienced forward made 26 appearances for Leicester, scoring 10 goals and providing 4 assists. His effective performances will undoubtedly remain in the memory of the team's fans.
