— The first match of the day took place in the -51 kg weight category. Feruza Kazakova prevailed over Brazilian Caroline De Almeida and, by unanimous decision of the judges, advanced to the quarterfinals.
— After that, Sitora Turdibekova from Samarkand, who entered the ring in the -60 kg category, gave no chance to Italian Rebecca Nikola and won with a convincing score of 5:0.
— In the -55 kg weight category, Mirazizbek Mirzahalilov easily won the fight against Iranian Mehdi Kozimi. His victory further expanded opportunities for the national team.
— In the -80 kg category, Javokhir Ummataliyev showed absolute dominance in the ring against South Korean Kim Min Seong and prevailed over his opponent with a score of 5:0. Now he will fight Nurbek Oralbay from Kazakhstan in the quarterfinals.
