Real team captain Dani Carvajal recently said that holding the La Liga match between Villarreal and Barcelona in the USA would undermine the fairness of the competition. Previously, the club’s head coach Xabi Alonso had expressed a similar opinion.

Tebas voiced his opinion openly in the Jugones program. According to him, holding the match in the USA does not affect the integrity of the competition.
Tebas, on the contrary, emphasized that last season he considered Real club’s television broadcasts to be more fake. According to him, Real regularly aired videos discussing referee performances on its club TV channel.
During last season, Real released referee error videos before and after matches. It is said that these broadcasts led to referees working under pressure.
The La Liga match between Villarreal and Barcelona will take place in December. There are plans to organize this match in the USA.
