The third round of matches in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League is underway. Italy's Inter Milan secured a convincing victory away against Belgian club Union.
In the match, Argentinian forward Lautaro Martinez scored his next goal. Martinez scored second, giving his team an important advantage before halftime. For Lautaro Martinez, who is the captain and leader of Inter, this goal became the eleventh goal scored in the Champions League during 2025.
With this result, he became the scorer of the most goals among all the players participating in the tournament. Martinez leads the Champions League top scorers this year, taking into account the results of previous season's matches.
Inter Milan, however, had a good opportunity to advance to the next stage.
