Atalanta head coach Ivan Juric took part in a press conference ahead of the match against Milan. The match of the ninth round of the Italian championship will take place on the evening of October 28.
Despite a recent lack of productivity and a series of draws, Juric stated that he remains in a positive mood. "We created many chances, but couldn't convert them into goals.
The team is in good shape, Lookman is fully fit, he just lacks a goal. It is tough to play every 2-3 days, but we constantly analyze our situation.
To stop Milan, we need rhythm and solidity," Juric said in an interview with Football Italia. The coach also emphasized that he has no disagreements with goalkeeper Marco Carnesecchi, and that the words said about him were just under the influence of emotions.
Milan is in third place in the Serie A league table with 17 points. Atalanta is in seventh place with 12 points.
