Winger Luis Diaz is having a successful debut season with Bayern. Last summer, the leading German club bought the Colombian footballer from Liverpool for 70 million euros.

"We rate Diaz's performance very highly. Luis is a wonderful person and a very hardworking football player.

He has already scored many goals and provided a lot of assists. He is a great player who brings great benefit to the team.

We are very happy with him," Bayern's sporting director Christoph Freund told journalist Florian Plettenberg in an interview. Luis Diaz has played 12 matches in all competitions for Bayern, scoring 7 goals and providing 4 assists.
