An own goal in the 90th minute gave Inter the victory
In Round 10 of the Italian championship, "Inter" played away against "Verona" and controlled three times more possession than their opponent throughout the match. In the opening minutes, Petro Zelinskiy took a low shot towards the far corner from the left side of the opponent’s penalty area, but the goalkeeper deflected the ball to the corner.

Lautaro Martinez tried a chip shot towards the far corner from the right side of the opponent’s penalty area, but a defender managed to steer the ball onto the post. Hakan Calhanoglu crossed a corner from the left wing to the far post, but when Anj-Yoan Bonni headed the ball, it missed the goal area.

In the 16th minute, Calhanoglu delivered another "Inter" corner from the left wing close to the penalty area, and Zelinskiy sent the ball into the left corner with a single strike – 0:1. In the 40th minute, Verona’s player Jovanni precisely directed a low ball from the right wing into the far corner to equal the score – 1:1.

In the final minutes of the game, Verona defender Martin Frese scored an own goal, gifting Inter an important win – 1:2. After this victory, Inter sits in second place in the standings with 21 points collected, while Verona remains among the bottom teams.
