The Uzbekistan Football Association's press service has issued an official announcement. For the first time, female assistant referees will take to the field as part of the 2025 football Super League season in our country.
In the match between the "Surkhon" and "Shurtan" teams, Kristina Sereda and Zilola Rahmatova will participate as assistant referees. Moreover, Gulshoda Sayitqulova will serve as the fourth official for this match, while Dildora Rustamova will be the AVAR (Assistant Video Assistant Referee) official.
This football match will be held as part of the 28th round of the Super League. It is noted that the participation of female referees in this match will serve as a great experience.
It is expected that in the future, female referees will regularly participate in official football matches.
