There were reports in the press that Hans-Dieter Flick intends to leave the position of head coach of "Barcelona" in 2026. However, the German specialist has categorically denied this information.
"This is just another false report... I genuinely love this club, the players, and everything around me.
I am very happy at 'Barcelona'," Flick is quoted as saying by journalist Fabrizio Romano. Hans-Dieter Flick’s current contract is valid until the middle of 2027.
Last season under the leadership of the German coach, "Barcelona" won all domestic trophies and reached the semifinals of the Champions League. On Wednesday, "Barcelona" will play against "Brugge" in the Champions League.
