Kayrat footballer: 'Inter could have been defeated'

Damir Kasabulat, central midfielder of Kairat club, commented on the recent match against Inter. In the fourth round of the Champions League group stage, the 'Nerazzurri' won the meeting 2:1.

'It was a good game, but of course we wanted to draw. We believed in our strength and entered the field with the idea of beating the opponent.

This team could have been defeated,' the footballer said in an interview with Asnews.kz. After this match, Kazakhstan's Kairat club is in 34th place in the Champions League table with one point.

Inter, meanwhile, is in third place with 12 points.
