Uzbekistan’s U-17 national team defeated Panama 6–1 in the group stage match of the World Cup. This result allowed the Uzbek team to take second place in the group and advance to the Round of 16.
In the second half, Uzbekistan’s players completely dominated the game. Shukurullayev opened the scoring in the 48th minute, followed by Hasanov (53rd minute) and Sodiqov (68th minute) increasing the lead. In the final minutes, goals from Rustamov (90+1), Aliyev (90+3), and Saidov (90+7) sealed a convincing victory.
The Uzbekistan team demonstrated high speed, precision, and teamwork. Although the Panamanians resisted in the first half, the game in the second half was entirely controlled by Uzbekistan.
This victory secured Uzbekistan U-17’s confident progress to the next stage of the tournament. The team now awaits its opponent in the Round of 16.
