Real Madrid star could transfer to Liverpool

Real Madrid is reportedly considering the possibility of transferring Liverpool midfielder Florian Wirtz. The 22-year-old player has not yet adapted to the Premier League and has failed to deliver the expected results.

It is reported that Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso, who is familiar with Wirtz from their time together at Bayer Leverkusen, has shown interest in the German midfielder. According to Defensa Central, Real Madrid is planning to offer Liverpool Rodrigo as part of their attempt to secure Wirtz.

The Brazilian forward has struggled to secure a spot in Real Madrid's main squad and the club is reportedly prepared to let him leave in 2026. As per Transfermarkt, Wirtz’s transfer value is €130 million, while Rodrigo is valued at €80 million.
