The French Football Federation has recently announced its decision regarding the refereeing in the match between "PSG" and "Lyon" during the country's championship. In this encounter, the Parisians secured a 3-2 victory, but the "Lyon" team filed a protest against a goal scored by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
The Referees' Committee reviewed the appeal and confirmed that the goal was wrongly awarded. Prior to the goal being scored, Vitinha attempted to take the ball from an opponent but made contact with his leg.
Neither the main referee nor the VAR system officials noticed this incident. Representatives of "Lyon" have expressed their dissatisfaction with this decision.
Currently, "Lyon" holds seventh place in the standings with 20 points, while "PSG" leads the table with 27 points. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
