Real Madrid's young and promising striker, Endrick, is expected to temporarily leave the team soon. According to the BBC, negotiations for a loan agreement between the Madrid club and French club Lyon have entered the final stage and are on the verge of finalization.
Sources suggest several teams have sought to attract the striker, but Lyon's offer is considered the best option for Endrick, offering him consistent playing time and the opportunity to adapt to European leagues.
According to the agreement, the young Brazilian will officially join the French club's roster starting January 1st. He will play full-time for Lyon in the second half of the 2025/2026 season. This decision is of strategic importance for both the player and the Madrid side: Real Madrid plans to adequately prepare him for the next season by providing him with regular playing time.
At the same time, Endrick has only had one opportunity to play for Real Madrid this season, which is not enough experience for the young striker. Lyon currently sits in 7th place in the French league and has prioritized strengthening their attack.
Football experts emphasize that a temporary loan of a talented player like Endrick to Lyon could be beneficial for both sides: the French will gain new strength in attack, while Real Madrid will accelerate the player's development.
