Iran defeated Kabo Verde in a penalty shootout to reach the final

The first semi-final match of the Al Ain Cup, which began in the UAE, attracted the attention of the public. In the fight for the cup, the Iranian national team played a very uncompromising game against a strong opponent - the team of Cape Verde, and in the match, which ended with a score of 0:0 in regular time, the fate was decided by penalties. In the end, luck was on Iran's side, they prevailed with a score of 5-4 and advanced to the final.

During the match, both teams looked for opportunities, but it was not easy to get past the tight defense of the goalkeepers and the defensive line. Experienced players like Vozinha, Stopira, and Montero were particularly active on the field as part of the Cape Verde national team.
