Former midfielder of Moscow's Spartak and Spain's Celta, Aleksandr Mostovoy, has announced that he is ready to take charge of the Curaçao national football team as head coach. "I am ready to coach the Curaçao national team and lead them to the World Cup!" Sport24 quotes Mostovoy as saying.
Earlier, it was reported that Dutch coach Dick Advocaat had left the Curaçao national team due to family reasons. During his playing career, Mostovoy played for clubs such as Spartak, Benfica, Cannes, Strasbourg, Celta, and Alaves.
