Adani: Concern Over National Team Jersey, Not Playoffs

Former Italian footballer Daniele Adani commented on Italy’s disappointing performance in their match against Norway. The game, in which Italy conceded four goals at home, surprised many.

Adani expressed confidence that he is not worried about the playoffs and is optimistic about seeing the "Squadra Azzurra" in the World Cup. However, he voiced concerns regarding the team’s physical and tactical condition.

"I am not worried about the playoff stage, as we should not face strong national teams at this point. However, our team's form is concerning.

We are very fragile and cannot react to changes proposed by the opposition. This was evident in the match against Norway," Adani said in an interview with pianetamilan.it.

It is worth noting that a similar situation was observed during the Euro 2024 qualifiers. The Italian national team barely managed to qualify for the tournament and faced setbacks within the competition.
