Manchester United in pursuit of star defender

Manchester United is seen as one of the main contenders to acquire Crystal Palace center-back Marc Guéhi. The English footballer will leave his club as a free agent at the end of this season, as his contract is set to expire in July.

According to journalist Nathan Salt, the "Red Devils" are closely monitoring the situation surrounding the "Eagles" captain. The Manchester giants are seriously considering bringing the 25-year-old defender into their squad.

He could replace Harry Maguire, whose contract also ends next summer. Securing Marc Guéhi's signature won't be easy, as Liverpool, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and other major clubs have also expressed interest in the player.
