Alba Says He Won’t Go to Camp Nou for a Photo Like Messi

Inter Miami’s left-back Jordi Alba has stated that he has no intention of visiting Camp Nou without Barcelona’s consent. Recently, Lionel Messi unexpectedly appeared at the stadium of the "Blaugrana," surprising even the club’s staff, including President Joan Laporta.

According to Alba, he would not take such an action. “I am not planning to enter Camp Nou just to take pictures,” Alba said with a smile during an interview with Barca Universal.

“We all have the right to enter the stadium, especially those who spent many years at Barcelona. But I didn’t know Messi was planning to take pictures there,” the 36-year-old Spanish footballer added.

It is worth noting that Jordi Alba played for Barcelona from 2012 to 2023. Earlier this year, he announced that he would retire from professional football at the end of the year.
