Alaves striker Mariano Díaz reminisced about his time playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid. According to the 32-year-old footballer, the Portuguese star had a significant impact on his career.
"Ronaldo taught me a lot about organizing my daily routine, precision, hard work during training, attention to small details, recovery, and preparation for matches. I also came to understand the importance of keeping one's word," Mariano said in an interview with Madrid Universal.
It should be noted that Mariano began his career at Real Madrid. After a successful stint at Lyon in 2018, he returned to the Madrid club but failed to make a significant mark.
