Atletico Expresses Interest in Uche

Diego Simeone, head coach of Atlético Madrid, has expressed high regard for striker Kristantus Uche, who currently plays for Crystal Palace in England. According to Footboom, Simeone aims to bring the player to his team during the January transfer window.

Although Uche previously delivered strong performances at Getafe, he has struggled to find success in England, and Crystal Palace is reportedly open to selling him. Simeone sees Uche as a player who fits well into his tactical system, likening him to Diego Costa and other successful strikers he has coached in the past.

Crystal Palace has valued Uche at €20 million, which is considered reasonable for Atlético Madrid. Additionally, there are reports suggesting the possibility of swapping Uche for Alexander Sørloth.
