For three years, Barcelona and its fans eagerly awaited the return to the club’s "Camp Nou" stadium. Finally, this much-anticipated event was celebrated with a commanding 4-0 victory over "Athletic."
However, the iconic stadium has once again become the center of controversy. The Catalonia labor inspection discovered that the company Extreme Works, which has been conducting renovation work at "Camp Nou," was employing undocumented workers.
During the investigation, at least 79 unregistered workers, mainly from Turkey, were found. This incident has caused a significant shock in Europe, known for its strict adherence to labor laws.
The company has now been fined 1.09 million euros, as reported by derbyderbyderby.it.
