Aguero Calls Messi the Most Important Player in Barcelona's History


Former Manchester City and Argentina national team forward Sergio Aguero shared his thoughts on his compatriot Lionel Messi. Messi is currently playing in MLS for Inter Miami.

“Leo is the most important player in the history of the Catalan club. Messi is a legend of Barcelona.

I am sure he felt joy when he returned to the renovated Camp Nou. I believe their story is not over yet,” Aguero said in an interview with Stake platform.

Messi is a product of Barcelona's academy. He played for the first team from 2005 to 2021.

Currently, the player has a contract with Inter Miami running until 2028.
