However, according to new information, Alonso has started working on improving the atmosphere inside the team. He divided the players into small groups, held short conversations with them, and listened to their opinions. This approach is said to have been positively received by the team.
The change in the internal atmosphere was also visible in the Champions League match against “Olympiacos”. “Real” won 4–3, and the warm hug between Alonso and Vinicius at the end of the match showed that the tension in the team had decreased.
