
Decisive contribution from two Uzbek legionnaires
The latest match of the 14th round of the Turkish Super League has concluded. Istanbul Bashakshehir, led by Nuri Shahin, played away against Kasımpasha, winning 3-1 away. Two of our legionnaires from Uzbekistan - Eldor Shomurodov and Abbosbek Fayzullayev - played a decisive role in this victory.
In the 26th minute, Abbosbek Fayzullayev scored a beautiful goal from a brilliant free kick, opening the scoring (1:0). In added time to the first half (45+4), Amin Arit scored the second goal, increasing his team's lead to two goals before halftime.
The game intensified in the second half. Initially, in the 75th minute (approximately), Davy Zelke received a red card, leaving Bashakshehir one man behind. Inspired by this, Kasimpasha reduced the deficit to Adam Arus in the 79th minute (2:1). However, in added time (90+3), Eldor Shomurodov scored against the opponents, scoring his team's final, third goal and securing the victory. This goal marked one of Shomurodov's best games of the season in Turkey.

With this crucial victory, Bashakshehir reached 16 points and climbed to 9th place in the league table.
